Centrally located in the hamlet of Long Lake, New York, the Long Lake Town Beach is a spectacular spot to cool off with a quick swim or to spend an entire summer playing in the sunshine. Float planes for scenic rides take off and land nearby.
Swimming
The northern-facing sandy beach captures a beautiful view of the Adirondack's Seward Mountain Range. A variety of restaurants, boat rentals, and scenic excursions are available within a stone's throw of the beach's location right off of Route 30. The Adirondack Hotel is directly across the street.
Throughout the summer the Long Lake Town Beach is host to a variety of family-friendly events.
