EXPERIENCE LIVING HISTORY

Annual NYSMLA Primitive Hunt & Rendezvous

Step back into time for this unique opportunity to experience a revolutionary war encampment (time period 1740 – 1840) during the 23th Annual NYSMLA Primitive Hunt & Rendezvous, set in the Moose River Plains recreational area - a 50,000 wilderness tract stretching between Indian Lake and Inlet on Sunday, October 19th in Inlet, NY.

This one day only visitation of the "primitive camp" will show over 50 people dressed in period clothing at their camps/tents performing traditional activities and demonstrations such as tomahawk & knife throwing, muzzle loading & shooting, and outdoor cooking. You'll be astonished and amazed at this re-creation of life during the Lewis and Clark era.
