- Noon – Winter Carnival Begins/Bonfire Lighting – Ice Sculpture Installation Begins
- 12:30 pm Coronation
- 1:00 pm Cardboard Sled Races (Divisions for all ages)
- 1:45 pm Town-Wide Photograph with Royalty – immediately following Cardboard Sled Races** (could be earlier, could be later!) Join us!
- 2:00 pm Kids Balloon Chase for Ages 9 and under
- 2:15 pm GT Racer Race (Divisions for all ages)
- 2:30 pm Men’s Caber Toss – 18 and Up
- 3:00 pm Ladies Frying Pan Toss 18 and up
- Break – Ice Skating and Sledding Continue
